Stellarmann awarded position on Crown Commercial Service’s Digital & Legacy Application Services (DALAS) framework

Stellarmann has been named as one of only five suppliers on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Digital & Legacy Application Services (DALAS) framework Lot4b.

We’re proud to announce that Stellarmann, the consulting arm of Wellcombe Group responsible for delivering transformation programmes for our clients, has been named as one of only five suppliers on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Digital & Legacy Application Services (DALAS) framework Lot4b.

The framework, set up by CCS in conjunction with HMRC, is a key enabler for HMRC’s digital strategy and its vision to use technology and innovation to become a modern and trusted tax and customs authority.

Suppliers on the framework will also be available to other central government departments and UK public sector bodies, enabling them to access Stellarmann’s services under Lot4b: Specialist Product Configuration Services. Total spend across Lot4 (a&b) is expected to reach £600m over the next five years.

Stellarmann brings recent experience of working with HMRC and deep expertise in the implementation of cloud technologies, such as ServiceNow, SAP, Pega and Power Platform & MS Dynamics. We will now support more public sector organisations on their journeys towards digital transformation, creating value with AI services and becoming less dependent on legacy technologies.
